Content localization that keeps every claim approved

Launch in every market and language from what you’ve approved. Each version is created for its market and checked against that market’s rules, whoever or whatever wrote it. Anything that needs a decision goes to your reviewer, or to one of our experts.

Trusted by

Your week

The English is signed off. Now it has to be right in every market.

It’s Monday. The launch was approved on Friday, and seven markets want it this week. Translation is booked, but you have reviewers in some markets and nobody in others.

A version can read perfectly and still carry the wrong price for its market. Once it’s live, the English changes and the translations don’t, until a customer in Japan finds a sale that ended last month.

How it works

One launch, every market, kept current

Every version starts from what you’ve approved, made for its market. Once it’s live, we keep checking it, so when something changes, every language changes too.

What we check

Everything that has to be right in each market

We check each version against what you’ve approved and what its market needs, not just against the English.

  • Approved claims

Every claim means what you approved, in every language, not just reads well.

  • Prices and offers

The price, currency, offer and terms that apply in that market.

  • Terms and product names

Your approved word for each product and feature, in each language.

  • Units and formats

Measurements, currency, dates and numbers in the form each market uses.

  • Language requirements

Your team’s reading of language rules, such as Quebec’s rules for French.

  • Every language, live

Published versions keep being checked, so a change in one reaches them all.

Create in any language

Ask for it in Japanese. Get it built for Japan.

Ask for the launch article in the language you need. It’s built from the approved source, your terms in that language and that market’s rules, so it’s written for Japan, not translated word for word from English.

Right, not just the same

Your translation tools move the words. We check what they say.

A version can match the English word for word and still be wrong for its market. We check each one against what you’ve approved and what that market needs: 60 miles in the US, 100 km in Canada.

Partners and field teams

Local versions from partners, built from what you’ve approved

Distributors, resellers and field marketers adapt your campaigns for their market. They work from the same approved claims, and their versions are checked the same way as yours, so local content goes out fast and on-message.

Where it sits

Works over the translation tools you already use

What you’ve approved for each market lives in one place. Your team, your AI tools and your translation tools all work from it, and every language you publish keeps being checked.

You decide

A reviewer in every market, without hiring one

You decide what’s corrected for you and what goes to a person, market by market. Where you have a reviewer, they see only the line that needs them, and why. Where you don’t, one of our 37,000 domain experts checks it to your rules.

Technology you can trust

FAQ

Questions localization teams ask

How is this different from a translation management system?

A translation management system assumes you write in one language and translate into the rest. With Arbitr, that step isn’t needed. Each version is created in its own language, from what you’ve approved, for the market it’s going into. So versions aren’t copies of each other: each one says what’s right for its market and language, which is often not what another market needs.

Do you translate?

Not in the usual sense. We don’t take the English and convert it. Content is created multilingual from the start, in 120+ languages, and checked against each market’s rules, so it’s right for that market rather than the same as the others. Where you’ve set something to need a person, it goes to your reviewer or to one of our experts.

Can we bring our translation memories and glossaries?

Yes. They help build your approved terms and wording for each language in Cortex, so every version starts from the decisions you’ve already made.

Do we need a reviewer in every market?

No. You decide what needs a person in each market. Where you don’t have anyone, one of our 37,000 domain experts reviews it to your rules.

Which languages do you cover?

120+ languages. Each version is checked against the rules you’ve set for its market, so German for Germany and German for Austria can differ where they need to.

What about language laws, like Quebec’s?

Some markets set rules for the language you publish in, such as Quebec’s rules for French. We check against your team’s reading of them, and you decide what goes to a person.

Will it stay on-brand in every language?

Yes. Your voice, terms and messaging apply in every language you publish in. See brand compliance.
