Marketing compliance software for regulated industries, built for speed

Promotions are created from your approved claims, disclosures and risk warnings, and checked against your compliance team’s reading of the rules before they publish. Your compliance team sees only what needs them, and every decision is recorded.

Your week

The review queue sets the pace

It’s Wednesday. The spring promotion is ready, and it joins the compliance queue behind everything else. Rules differ by market, claims change, and the same risk warning is checked by hand, again and again.

Once it’s live, nobody looks again. Then a rate changes, and a promotion that was right last month isn’t any more.

How it works

Created to your rules, kept to your rules

Every promotion starts from your approved claims and disclosures. Once it’s live, we keep checking it, so when a rate or a rule changes, what’s in market changes too.

What we check

Every line a regulated promotion has to get right

We check against your compliance team’s reading of the rules, not the rule text on its own.

  • Claims and their conditions

Each claim you’ve approved, with the conditions that have to go with it.

  • Required disclosures

The disclosures and disclaimers each product and market needs.

  • Risk warnings

The right warning, in your approved wording, where it has to appear.

  • Rates, fees and terms

Figures and offer terms that match what’s approved today.

  • Every market and language

Each version against the rules your team has set for its market.

  • Promotions already live

Live content keeps being checked, so a rate or rule change reaches it.

Right from the first draft

Built to your rules from the first draft, not fixed in review

Ask for the promotion you need. It’s drafted from your approved claims, disclosures and risk warnings for that market, so it reaches review already built to your rules.

Every market’s rules

One campaign, each market’s rules

The same promotion needs different words in different markets. Each version is checked against the rules your compliance team has set for that market, so your UK ad carries your approved UK risk warning.

The record

Every decision, on the record

What was checked, against which version of which rule, who decided and when. It’s written as it happens, so when someone asks why a promotion went out in that form, the answer is a record rather than a recollection.

Where it sits

Works with the tools you already use

Your approved claims, disclosures and your compliance team’s reading of the rules live in one place. Everything that creates content draws on it, and everything you publish keeps being checked.

You decide

Your compliance team sees only what needs them

You decide which promotions, markets and claims need a person. When something’s held, your compliance team sees just that line, the rule and the reason, not the whole campaign. Everything else moves at the pace you set.

Technology you can trust

See it run on your own rules.

FAQ

Questions compliance and marketing teams ask

Does Arbitr interpret the rules for us?

No. You load your compliance team’s reading of the rules, with your approved claims and disclosures, and we check content against it. We don’t give legal advice, and your team decides what’s acceptable.

Does this replace MLR review?

It changes what reaches it. Your medical, legal and regulatory reviewers still decide. They see only the claims and lines you’ve set as needing them, with the rule and the reason, instead of reading every piece.

How do we load our rules?

Bring what you have: your compliance team’s interpretations, approved claims, required disclosures and risk warnings. We load them with you, and you decide what’s corrected for you and what goes to a person.

Which industries is it for?

Any team whose marketing has to meet regulatory rules, such as financial services, insurance, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and consumer products that make regulated claims.

What does the record show?

What was checked, against which version of which rule, what was held and why, who decided, and what was published, when and in which market. It covers checks that passed as well as those that were held.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. Each language version is checked against the rules your team has set for its market. See content localization.

Looking for brand voice and style?

Marketing compliance covers your rules, disclosures and risk warnings. For voice, terms and messaging, see brand compliance.
