Arbitr
Brand update · 29 September 2026

We're now Arbitr.

From 29 September 2026, we operate under the Arbitr brand in every market. The company you contract with, the people you work with, the services you receive and the terms you have agreed all stay the same.

Why Arbitr?

One name across our team, website and communications.

Arbitr is the name of our AI platform, and it reflects where the business is heading. Using one name gives you a consistent brand everywhere you deal with us.

This is a brand update, not a change of ownership. It is not a merger or an acquisition.

What you'll notice

Three things look different. Nothing else does.

01

Name and logo

The Arbitr name and logo on our emails, documents and website.

02

A new website

You'll find us at arbitr.ai.

03

New email addresses

Our team now uses @arbitr.ai. Please update your contacts, and ask your IT team to allowlist the arbitr.ai domain so our emails keep reaching you.

What changes and what stays the same

Your agreement, services and payment details are unchanged.

Your agreement and its terms
No new contract is needed.
Your services, account team and support
Everything continues as normal.
Your invoicing, tax and banking details
How you pay us does not change.
Do I need to do anything?

It depends on which company you contracted with.

Action needed

You contracted with the ASX-listed parent

Straker Limited → Arbitr Group Limited

Update your finance and procurement records with the new company name, and update our email addresses in your contacts.

Contacts only

You contracted with another Arbitr Group entity

e.g. Straker Translations Inc. · Straker Europe Limited

Update our email addresses in your contacts. No action is needed on your contracts, finance or procurement records. If we need anything further, we will contact you directly.

Protecting you from payment fraud

Our name change does not change how you pay us.

Brand and name changes are often exploited by fraudsters. If our bank details ever change, we will tell you by email and confirm it with a formal company notice and a supporting bank confirmation letter.

If in doubt, contact our finance team using the details you already hold.
