02 Install

Install in Gmail

Once you've copied your signature, add it in Gmail's settings.

  1. 01Click “Copy signature” above.
  2. 02In Gmail, click the gear icon, then “See all settings”.
  3. 03On the “General” tab, scroll to the Signature section.
  4. 04Click “Create new”, name it, then click into the editor box and paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V).
  5. 05Under “Signature defaults”, pick it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
  6. 06Scroll down and click “Save Changes”.
